Terms and Conditions

1. Forms of Payment: Cash, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted.
2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable reservation retainer is required at the time of booking for all portrait sessions. The remaining balance is due prior to the session date. Select sessions may require payment in full at the time of booking.
3. Booking Window: Sessions must be scheduled and completed within three months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unscheduled sessions beyond this timeframe are forfeited.
4. Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable, including sessions paid in full at booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session may be applied as a one-time credit toward one rescheduled session, provided the rescheduled session is completed within 90 days of the original session date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the session are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. Sessions not scheduled and completed within the booking window are forfeited. If the photographer must cancel, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Rescheduling Policy: One reschedule is allowed only when requested more than 30 days before the scheduled session. If approved, the client’s payment may be applied as a one-time credit toward the rescheduled session, provided the rescheduled session is completed within 90 days of the original session date. Requests to reschedule within 30 days of the scheduled session are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. Additional reschedule requests are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
6. Location Fee: If a gym, studio, facility, or outdoor location requires an entrance fee, usage fee, permit, or other required location cost, that cost will be added to the session. Typical studio fees range from $55 to $150 per hour. Any required permits or fees will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Travel Policy: Pricing includes Denver and the surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for locations outside this area and may include mileage, airfare, lodging, or other expenses as needed. Travel sessions must be booked in advance, and fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Client Personal Use: Images may be used on the client’s personal website and social media for sharing, portfolio use, and self-promotion. Images may not be sold, licensed, edited, submitted for publication, used in paid advertising, or provided to third parties without written permission from the photographer.
9. Commercial Use & Copyright: The photographer retains full copyright to all images and reserves the right to use images for portfolio display, website use, social media, publication, marketing, and promotional purposes. Written permission is required for any commercial use by the client or any third party, including publications, advertising, resale, licensing, or third-party distribution.
10. Final Sale Policy: All sales are final.
