Grandma Bella's Fundraiser

In the spirit of giving, please support this fundraiser I set up for my mother.  She is elderly and has a hard time getting around her house. I have been working on making it more easy for her to navigate through out her home. However, my energy has now been focused on her roof and walls. There is an area of the roof and wall collapsing. The work will be done in phases. Stopping the severe water leaks from the roof if #1. Next phase, replacing the wall that has suffered major water damage.

I am truly grateful for any help you can give. Any amount is truly appreciated.

Roof Work Progress

As you can see, below there has been tremendous progress with her home repairs.

I was looking to build a new roof. We were looking at $25,000 to $30,000 to build a new roof. However, I found a different solution for fixing the roof that will cost less. Exciting news!

Fixed Roof Photos

Update Summer 2020: The roof no longer leaks with the help of everyone that contributed. Next is phase #2, which is fixing the wall that is damaged from years of water leaking from the roof. My mom's mental health has improved and she is much happier now.

Thank you for all the help!

Phase #2 - Fix wall (Summer 2022)

Looks like a section of wall will need to come out and a new one put back in place. Not sure what they will find when they dig into this project. We don't know if the support beams are rotted or need to be replaced.
